This package focuses on job search strategies and effectively coaches leaders in applying for competitive C-suite positions. It includes personalized coaching on optimizing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and application documents, as well as interview practice and salary negotiation training.

  • Development of job search strategy: list of Headhunters, dos and don’ts & leveraging Headhunter networks

  • Interview coaching and simulations

Executive Legacy - All-Inclusive Leadership Coaching Package

This premium package is designed for leaders who want to develop a long-term leadership and legacy plan. It helps leaders build a meaningful and sustainable impact within their organization and career. The package also includes personal mentoring and networking strategies.

  • Leadership analysis and evaluation of 360° feedback, etc.

  • Long-term impact and personal legacy plan

  • Strategic plan for transitioning to board and advisory roles

  • Networking strategy for executive teams and international circles

  • Personal mentoring program: 9 x 90-minute coaching sessions + ongoing email support for 6 months

Duration: 4–6 months
Time commitment: 4–6 hours/week

This premium package requires intensive commitment. In addition to coaching sessions, time will be spent on leadership analysis, processing 360° feedback, developing the legacy plan, mentoring, and implementing networking strategies. It’s also important to allocate sufficient time for working on mentoring relationships and long-term strategic goals.
