Our management team (5 members) took part in a Team Coaching process with Marika Råberg during the spring and summer of 2025. The aim of the process was to strengthen team cohesion, dialogue and mutual understanding in a situation where the group had experienced turnover and collaboration needed to be rebuilt.

The starting point was not easy: some members were new, others had been involved for a long time, and there were also challenging interaction dynamics within the group.
