Leadership does not happen in a vacuum.

Leaders make decisions in an environment where business, people, technology and constant change are increasingly intertwined. Executive teams, too, need to be able to think and act together when there are no ready-made answers.

This is where I want to be of service.

I am a Senior Executive Coach and ICF-accredited Team Coach with more than 20 years of experience in international business, marketing, sales, brand and customer experience, and leadership. I have worked across different organisations and business environments in Finland and internationally.

This experience shapes the way I approach coaching.

I understand what it means to make decisions under pressure, lead through change, create direction in uncertainty and balance business priorities with the reality of people and organisations. But I do not bring ready-made answers into coaching. I help leaders and teams pause, examine their thinking and notice what may otherwise remain unseen.

Hard business experience. Soft understanding of people.

I believe good coaching needs both.

Business understanding helps make sense of the context. Coaching expertise creates the space to think differently, explore difficult questions and find ways forward that fit the situation.

My approach is warm, direct and curious. I do not believe in filling the space with advice. Sometimes the most valuable question is the one we have not yet had the courage to ask.

Experience in business and leadership

Before moving into coaching, I spent more than two decades working across international B2B business, marketing, sales, brand, customer experience and leadership.

I have worked in international companies and expert organisations, as well as in leadership and people development.

Today, I bring these two worlds together: strong business understanding and a deep interest in how people and teams work together.
